Fix: Every time you mention a feature, pair it with a benefit. For example, instead of “Our software has real-time analytics,” say “Our real-time analytics help you make faster, data-driven decisions.”
Fix: Simplify your language. If you’re introducing a complex idea, explain it in plain terms that anyone can understand.
Fix: Review your website and make sure there’s a clear CTA on each page. Use action-oriented language, like “Get Started,” “Contact Us Today,” or “Schedule Your Free Consultation.”
Fix: Use headers, bullet points, and short paragraphs to make your content more digestible.
Fix: Do keyword research to identify terms your audience is searching for and incorporate them naturally into your copy.
